Ami Grunberg is a soft skills expert, lecturer, trainer, mentor, business, organizational, and personal coach, developer of soft skills learning programs, and author.
His approach was shaped in senior national roles across marketing, sales, training, and customer service, where he led people, negotiations, brands, and growth in several industries and worked with premium international brands.
He later served as Professional Director of the Soft Skills Studies Center at Bar-Ilan University, developing and teaching courses and workshops and lecturing in leadership to master's degree students. At Ben Gurion Airport, he trained, coached, and mentored service teams while contributing to operational improvement.
Today, Ami turns four decades of management, teaching, and coaching experience into practical books, digital courses, lectures, and training programs that help people translate knowledge into effective action.
